Guest complained that they could get a better rate elsewhere after they checked in. We offered an upgrade, but they wanted to change hotels. Guest booked thru Expedia, and both Expedia and our staff tried to relocate guest, but they were not happy.

Our third visit to Lookout Lodge was even better than the first two. The newly-redecorated suite was pleasant and comfortable. As always, the staff was attentive and supportive, but not intrusive. There really wasn't a down side to this visit.
