First of all, Bruce is a great owner and a pleasure to deal with. The location is PERFECT and the unit was EXACTLY what we needed. It's close to EVERYTHING, we didn't rent a car at all, just walked without any issue! Thank you again Bruce, see you next year!!!

Stayed at Poinciana Place for 5 days in November and it was perfect. Bruce was great, and I guess the best thing to say was, all the good that was posted about Poinciana Place was dead on!!! Perfect location, great nights sleep everynight, and the hot tub was GREAT!!! Thanks for everything Bruce!

We had a great stay -tree tops apartment was great -very homely .Location is fantastic -only a short walk from Duval street but away from all the noise and madness.Key west is a fab place to stay -we totally chilled out for a week :)
