Front desk people very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicous and satisfying. Staff and Pool bar attentive. Shuttle service terrific considering road construction. We had a Two bedroom suite with hot tub in room. Older Key West hotel but nice. Will visit again.

Convenient for trolley for Key West Tours but location is on major route ! a little out of downtown so you do not get the ambiance of the old Key West but of course you don't have the higher prices for that either. this hotel sprays all rooms heavily with. heavily scented spray to cover up something. I traveled there on April 9th and loved my stay! The rooms are a little dated, but the beds are so comfortable that I didn't even want to wake up to go to my meetings. Sometimes it's difficult to find something reasonable in Key West downtown, near Duval Street. A good option is this Marriott Courtyard, because they offer a free shuttle service to downtown every half hour, which is most convenient.
