We stayed on Dec 4 and room 104 was infested with roaches; they changed our room and were put in a smoking room. Not a good night's sleep.

Although the overnight rate was very steep(weekend rates)all the lobby personal(Jessica,Laura,
Odone)were very helpful in situating me to a new geographical area..they helped with picking a good dinner spot and after check-out allow me to use the internet in the lobby for job searching.

I arrived at 9:30am and the front desk guy was very cool, laid back and not only allowed me an early check-in, they upgraded my room! It was twice the size as a normal room and on the first floor! Thanks! I will be staying there again.
