first off the staff was very nice. but the hotel rooms are to modern looking and have a cold feel. we had sugar flys in our room and the staff moved us to one of there best and biggest rooms. [very cool of them to do that.] but yet that room was on that same cold modern look to. just... more

Loved the location, the Mojito Bar is a joke. Don't bother having the crabby and rude bartenders mix you an over priced, and very weak, bottom end shelf drink for $9.00 or more a pop. My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Key West 13 yrs ago and it was wonderful. The hotel has since been remodeled and is even nicer than I remember.
