We spent three nights at Hawks Cay Bay in Duck Key before arriving in Key West to stay at the Hyatt and after such an awesome stay at Hawks Cay we were completely let down by the Hyatt. Excellent room and great bed but the bathroom floor is lethal..polished to mirror smoothness so that as you leave the shower you are in danger of slipping.. a over t ! Get all the towels onto the floor first to avoid the inevitable accident. more
