The rooms are nice and clean, the service friendly and the pool area is above average. detractors are (i) poor location - you need to drive to get anywhere and parking in Key West is expensive and (ii) the smoke alarm went off for no reason around 1 AM. More

Would suggest getting a bike to go to town, its about 25 min bike ride. We didnt care for trolly, only took to town once in am and back once at 5ish. Taxi should be 13.00 fare, negotiate. We loved this hotel. The grounds were beautiful and the staff very friendly. We noticed there were lots of international guests. The pool bar and cafe offered good food and drinks. I was hesitant that my room was all they way in back. I was silly. Te room was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable. Coffee on the patio was so pleasant.
