i spent a few days in key west in feb of 2002 and stayed at bananas foster. loved the place. service was friendly and warm. the staff was extremely helpful with planning outings, renting bikes, making reservations. breakfast was wonderful, a beautifully presented spread of fruit, cereal, yougurt, muffins, rolls, plus a special cooked breakfast every day. tons of fresh... This is in an excellent location in Old Town, if you wish to walk to the harbor, Mallory Sq. and Duval St. It is close to Pepe's - in my opinion the best breakfast around, for the food and the sights!! We were there during the evacuation last fall....but enjoyed ourselves until that point. Happy hour every day featured great... More
