This is our 2nd time staying here and will continue to come back. Place is charming, very clean, rooms are spacious. Veronica has created an atmosphere such that guests have opportunity to chat over nighttime smores or at the pool. Kayaks, paddle boards and more. Water is calm and so peaceful, serene. If you need to wash clothes, just ask Veronica. Close to beaches and great restaurants. Can't say enough about this place. Celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. Highly recommend

Hotel's Favourite
We spent several days here recently and had a wonderful experience. It's a great family environment and there were children from babies to early teens including two extended families celebrating special occasions. We had a lower level suite with a patio walking out to the beach area. We had a sixth grader with us who was entertained by the resident iguanas, ping pong, corn hole, hammocks and the nice swimming pool. We enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks and a pedal boat. We appreciated the special touches of muffins in the morning, wine at 7 and smores at 8. The location was perfect for us. All the restaurants and activities were within a fifteen minute drive or less. Ample parking close to the rooms. Everyone we encountered who worked there was very friendly and helpful. We liked that it was small and homey. The room descriptions and photos online were helpful so you know exactly what you're staying in. We used the refrigerator, microwave and sink. Loved the soap. Bed was comfortable. Pull out sofa bed convenient. Ample pool towels in the office. Bottle fillers and ice machine. This was the perfect accommodation for our trip.

Coconut Palm Inn is a real hidden gem, we are staying 3 nights and sadly have to leave tomorrow. We’ve had a wonderful stay in a cabana overlooking the Gulf, breakfast muffins left at our door 8am each morning, the setting is beautiful and very peaceful, sunset wine at 6pm as you watch the amazing sunsets. We also took out a kayak which are free for guests, Winn Dixie store is a 15 minute walk away and ‘Mom & Daughter Juice Bar’ is also there (great wraps and smoothies). Cannot recommend highly enough for a chill out location.

My girlfriend and I spent two night at the Coconut Palm last week. We were arriving from a huge hotel in Miami where we had just a so-so experience, and boy was the this inn a breath of fresh air. Check-in was a breeze, and goodness was the woman at reception friendly and helpful. In fact, it was pouring rain when we arrived, and the woman (sorry I wish I could remember her name to compliment her specifically) apologized profusely -- as if it was her fault it was raining! -- and battled the elements with us to show us our room. It was just a really nice way to feel welcomed and develop and immediate connection to the place. We stayed in the Coconut Palm Suite, the large one right in the middle. I certainly recommend it, since it's large and very comfortable. I'm very noise sensitive and for those who are, I can report that this suite seemed quite quiet. There is no room above the suite so no risk of hearing people walking on your ceiling. I'm not certain the rooms next to us were booked so I'm not positive about noise through the walls, but I didn't hear any. The pool is close by so it's very possible you'll hear kids and others talking outside once in awhile, in particular if you're sitting on the porch outside the suite, but I didn't find that to be a big issue. The grounds are just lovely. There is a little beach, sitting areas, hammocks, little docks, kayaks, a pool, and little nooks and crannies to explore. We appreciated the free coffee nearby, and little snack (like a muffin and fruit) delivered to our room each morning. Overall, I would highly recommend this inn. It was just what we needed, and a quintessential relaxed, beautiful Key Largo experience. It helps tremendously that the staff we dealt with were so nice. We expect to return as soon as we're back in the area.

Our stay was wonderful! The facility is clean with comfortable beds. The outdoor property is beautiful with hammocks, many private sitting areas on the beach/docks, and toys/games. The pool temperature was comfortable with floats provided. Kayaks and SUP are available at no additional fee. We enjoyed muffins/fruit served in the morning, provision of a 5:30pm glass of wine and an evening Bonfire with packets to make s’mores. The staff is kind and helpful." We were thrilled to stay at this outstanding “hidden gem”.

Lovely, quiet resort on the golf in Key Largo. Immaculate, well decorated rooms with great amenities. Beautiful beach, pool and docks that provide great sunset views. Enjoyed the wine at sunset and the evening smores around the fire pit. Office is open and manned from morning to evening. Highly recommend.

A cracking find for our overnight stay. Trip advisor reviews were key to this choice. Easy, free, safe and ample parking. Pool spectacular, views amazing, room ultra clean, quality and modern. Offers front and rear door from room which accesses car park. Microwave, crockery, cutlery, glasses, fridge all within room. We visited a nearby supermarket and ate dinner on our veranda as the views were breathtaking and needed enjoying. Superb LARGE private outside veranda leading onto sandy beach via 3 steps. Beach towels provided as well as free use of bicycles and kayaks and WiFi. At 9pm each night l a beach fire is lit for relaxation and marshmallows. complimentary wine is offered at sunset. An array of idyllic locations to enjoy the sunset. Overall a complete tremendous joy and the only thing constructive to say is that…. When we arrived we were met by lobby staff member Lance, we felt like we were in the wrong place or we had 5 heads. We were an hour earlier than the recommended check in but a Hello and a Smile would have been fabulous for first impressions. We were kindly allowed into our room and shown around in an exquisite fashion by a wonderful, excitable female who went above and beyond tenfold

This hotel is an old traditional Inn, this is how it felt. Its definitely overpriced for the location, room decor and amenities. Before booking, be aware there is no bar & resturant on site and no one around after 9pm. - we knew this and we walked to Krust for pizza for lunch (8 minute walk) Most resturants and shops are a drive away. Pros; - The beach / Bay area is beautiful and well kept. The water isn't swimable and is very dark in colour, so you wouldn't he able to see any fish etc. - The fire pit & smores, lovely to meet other guests and enjoy the smores. - the reception staff were very friendly. - no charge for parking, kayaks, Sup boards are included - the pool area was very clear and the water was warm. Cons: - the hotel is down a road which is all residential houses. - the hotel didn't feel very secure, there is no one on site after 9pm, all doors are outside and can be accessed by anyone, there are no security gates etc. A standard key is used open your bedroom door. - the room itself (suite, paid over $400) needs renovation, the blind was hanging off, the room wasn't very clean, loads of dead bugs on the window seal. The rooms have a strong damp / warm wood smell. - the decor is very traditional and old, most of the wooden furniture had scratches, dents & marks. We booked this based on previous reviews being 5/5 and having spoken to other guests there appears to be lots of regulars who visit a couple of times a year. We wouldn't return as based on the price this was very expensive for a standard 3 star resort and there are alot nicer resorts which are more luxious then this one.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this resort. At first plan was going to key west but after lots of search and finding this resort we decided to stay in key largo and cover key west as a one day trip. We rented a car as the road is beautiful an famous and for going to different beaches or parks you need a car. Location of hotel is very good. Taverna ( key largo) is near to beaches and specially diving points, fishing. Islamorada and a few good restaurants are close also you can find Fast food , pharmacy .. all easily around. The resort is like small paradise. It is small but you can find everything and take unbelievable photos. We had a condo which was convenient, clean and very comfort with water view.( condo is the best choice) There is complementary refreshment from hotel Like Muffin and apple in the morning And wine in the afternoon. The personel and staff are super perfect. Very nice and supportive. Coffee maker , microwave , refrigerator are all useful in the room. I love hammock in the area. Swimming pool is good. We dont use kayak and boats because of windy weather. I love this place very much

Loved everything about this charming property. Owners & staff were friendly and helpful in offering suggestions for dining and outings. . It is truly a hidden gem that we we needed. Landscaping made every turn a hidden surprise. Well maintained. Rooms were cozy. Huge beautiful patio view spectacular views of the water & sunsets. Kayaking. paddle boards & bikes free to use on property. Little hidden areas where you had quiet times. Fresh muffins and fruit left on your patio each morning. Wine offered at sunset. S’mores over an open fire on the beach in the evening. I can’t think of anything they missed. We will definitely go back. Yoga on the beach. Beautiful pool. Thanks for everything!
