The photos of the property on the internet do exactly depict the actual property and rooms. The wireless internet does work very well, as well as the satellite TV reception. We stayed at the Key Largo Inn July 30 to August 2. It provided us with a cheap place to stay while in the keys. It was at least $50-$70 a night cheaper during the time we were there. I stayed here one night while my teens camped. The hotel is centrally located and reasonably priced for the area. It was an older room and the bathroom was not updated but VERY CLEAN! The pool was nice and quiet. Staff was kind. I would go again but not pay more than 150. more

This review fails to explain that we do not allow pre-inspection if a guest does not have a reservation. We are a complete non smoking facility and have found that if we allow a pre-inspection by a guest without a reservation they may light up while in the room or dirty it and then leave. What this guest fails to explain in this complaint is that upon arrival the guest insisted that they had a "prepaid" reservation which was incorrect. Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours advance notice prior to the arrival date to cancel without penalty which is a common policy. Our hotel always attempts to resolve late cancellations if possible but will not accept telephone profanity.

Our hotel is not bug infested. Housekeeping inspects all rooms everyday and our routine weelky pest control by a national firm is superb. We always provide 100% satisfaction to our guests and issue a prompt refund if a guest is not satisfied, we do not however pay guests to prevent bad reviews.
My husband and I took a "babymoon" in the Keys. When we saw the pictures posted of the Key Largo Inn, we didn't think it looked too bad.
