First, booking our stay at the Williams House was SO easy online!!!! I LOVED how easy it was to navigate their website!! Then, from the moment we arrived we felt like we were off on our own fantasy vacation. Byron and Deborah were so hospitable - we asked for a tour of the house and they were more than willing... more

We have a new tradition of staying at the Williams House for the Georgia/Florida football weekend. This was our second year staying with Byron and Deborah. They are always very hospitable and eager for conversation. Breakfast is different from what we would make at home, but it is delicious. The location is convenient to downtown and not far from the... more

We have stayed at the Williams House several times over the last 3 years and have enjoyed it immensely. The breakfast is always delightful and the wine hour is a nice touch. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. The location of the B&B is within walking distance of the main tourist area, loads of restaurants, the marina, and... more

When Deborah greeted us upon our arrival we knew we were in the right place. She and Byron made us feel right at home and their wine and cheese hour was just the right touch. The room was immaculate. We would highly recommend the Macgregor-Aury room. Very spacious. The breakfasts were scrumptuous. The proximity to several excellent dining and shopping... more

Our stay on Amelia Island and the Williams House was terrific. We came with the purpose of attending the annual jazz festival and left vowing to return. The Williams House is meticulously overseen by the innkeepers and the two-course breakfast were divine. Our room, King Ferdinand's Royal Hideaway had its own wing with entry alcove on the second floor. It... more

Byron and Deborah are terrific! The Williams House is beautifully restored, the craftmanship impeccable. The room (Smugglers Cove) was cozy, intimate, and comfortable. Robes and towels were lush and plentiful. Refreshments awaited us on our arrival, and the complementary wine and hors d'oeuvres every evening was a wonderful bonus. The town is relaxing and everything is accessible from this location.... more

We stayed at the Williams house for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The home is exquisitely decorated and comfortable. We were greeted outside when we arrived by Byron and he immediately made us feel at home. His wife Deborah cooks the most amazing breakfasts and they are both such gracious hosts. Our room was perfect-cozy, warm and inviting.... more

We loved our trip to Amelia Island and our stay at the Williams House. Deborah and Byron are great. They had awesome recommendations for dinners and lunches and all were within walking distance of the inn. The inn is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious every day. Deborah will even make adjustments to her recipes if there is something you... more

What a wonderful stay we just had at the Williams House. The house itself is gorgeous. Everything is decorated beautifully, even down to the minor details. Byron and Deborah are such wonderful innkeepers. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Byron greeted us with a huge smile and such a warm personality. When we arrived our... more
