“Older, rooms kind of smell, dogs bark in the backyard neighborhood”

Older property, smaller pool, not a great location, breakfast ok, price is fine, staff is good. This is not some place you will wnat to spend time at. If you stay here, you will not want to spend allot of time in the room.

Can't go wrong with this property. Not brand new,but not aged either. Very convenient to restaurants and Roger Dean Stadium (Cardinals and Marlins). Decently priced for the location. “Another great stay!”

This is the place to stay if you are on a quick trip to the area or an extended stay. My fourth time since November and each time the service has been excellent. The location is great just off the turnpike or I 95 and a short drive to the beach.
