Just across the hiway from a beach access path. Or you can walk a couple of blocks to a pedestrian overpass. Major shopping strip just a few blocks away. Prefer second floor as noise travels downwards. Breakfast = regular coffee + a mini moon pie. But you get the basics for a good price.
