The majority of the reviews are covering it. Remove expectations that you are receiving a $300 per night resort....you are not paying that price so be fair. Very nice place for the price. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Much more fun staying here than at one of the chain motels out on the highway. Great access to kayak rentals, airboat rides and manatee tours.
