Courses are about 7 out of 10. Need that extra touch that they are missing but very playable. Still some stumps from the hurricanes years ago.Price is right.

I enjoyed my trip out there. I only paid 100 bucks and you have much privacy. Its not the hotels of other resorts that you go to and it is always crowded. And my kids could just go out and play. I love it there. I plan on having my wedding out there in 2007

This resort was purchased by Westgate Resorts in 2002, but doesn't even appear on its website. This is not a "resort" at all. It is undergoing major reconstruction- fitness room has no A/C, ceiling, walls or floor, but is still considered open! Restaurants are closed, with one having limited hours; however, it has a concrete floor and is filled with dust. south course was enjoyable with hilly greens. east course was not in as good shape, although much more challenging and fun to play. greens were flatter.both courses not in great shape, but worth a reeturn visit. good value.
