We've stayed in this hotel several times and have always been very pleased. It's in an excellent location - easy to get in and out. The rooms are very nice and are what we expect from a Hampton - our favorite chain hotel. They are spacious, clean, quiet, and have all the amenities. The staff is extra-friendly and always do... We stopped one night to break our journey from the Panhandle to Naples. The hotel is very easy to find and has an excellent location downtown. Check in was very smooth and friendly. The Hotel car park (chargeable) is two blocks away but only takes a couple of minutes to walk to, transport is available if required. The room was... More

This hotel is easy to get in/out, staff were very friendly and helpful with restaurants. Breakfast is same as other Hampton Inns. The room was clean and quiet. Typical Hampton Inn except staff here were more friendly and helpful!

Hotel is OK but seems old and in need of a makeover, all the usual Hampton features. I have stayed here a few times as there a plenty of restaurants to walk too. However I was put in the back facing out this time and it was noisier than the side facing the road - trash truck at 4.30am! I... More

I stayed here two nights and made the mistake of getting one of the few outdoor entry rooms. The conveniet thing is it was on the first floor so I could go right from my car into my room. Inside was a typical Hampton Inn room except that the room had a dehumidifier in it which was extremely loud when... More

We spent one night in this mediocre hotel. Front desk was unwelcoming as I was 30 minutes before the allowed 3pm check-in. My Diamond HHonors level was totally ignored. Hotel location at the end of a seedy deadend street abutting I-75 and off of super busy Archer St.. Probable 1990s design with one elevator you share with housekeeping. LCD TV... More

A very nice Hampton in the heart of the Florida Springs Scuba diving area. Clean. Good breakfast. Nice folks taking care of the travelers. I'd stay again.

Stayed here and expected the normal Hampton experience. Has Room 101 which should be listed as a smoking room. Since the hotel is non-smoking, they have put the communal ashtray right outside this room. So all night long there was. Stream of smoker, standing outside my room, smoking, drinking and gloomy on their phone. The smoke was getting sucked into... More

Unless you need to be in downtown Gainesville, this hotel off Archer Road (Highway 24) is where the shopping and dining action is. Since the hotel is at the end of a short road with other hotels and some restaurants, there's no street noise from the very busy Archer Road. My King room came with a microwave and waist high... Stopped in on the way down to Sarasota from Kentucky. Great place to stop after a long drive. We always try stay at Hampton Inn's and this one is a dandy. Front desk staff friendly and efficient, nice well appointed lobby/breakfast area with several flat screens. Room spotless with thermostats instead of self-contained AC/heat units. HD TV in the room... More
