My experience at Sweetwater Branch was fine, but I had occasion to take an historic preservation-related tour of the other B & Bs, and thought they were prettier--nicer antiques, less kitschy stuff, more personalized attention. Exceptionally pleasing interior appointments. Beautiful grounds. All immaculately maintained. Terrific breakfast and snacks on site and well located to a nearby cluster of cafes and restaurants for lunch or dinner. We enjoyed using the on site bicycles to cruise around the neighborhood. One of the best, of many, hospitality experiences we've had.

This was our first B&B experience and it was a great one. Wonderful staff helped with ideas for dinner and outings in the area. The rooms are artfully decorated. Great night sleep and Breakfast was well done. We couldn't ask for better.
