The only negative thing I can say is that I didn't get to spend more time at this nicely appointed hotel. When we pulled up and walked into the lobby, the view we saw was a big 'wow' factor. We rode our bikes all over FMB, Sanibel and Captiva, there is no better piece of sand than at the Best Western. Powdery white, clean, gentle slope - and the kicker is the beautifully landscaped grassy lawn with Adirondack chairs. How could anyone wan't to go anywhere else. I researched all the local resort hotels in the area, When you factor in the cost and the quality nothing in the area can compete. This is a no-brainer. I'm already planning my next stay. more

Stayed here in early October, based on other reviews on this site. Very good location, quiet, clean and well maintained property right on the beach. Pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. Beautiful sunsets on the gulf! more

This hotel was definetly worth the trip from Orlando. The hotel is only steps from the private beach. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We will definetly be going back for another visit. more

I have lived in the area for over 17 years and have stayed in the area in many different hotels/resorts, and for the money this place is the best!
