The rooms are great. Even the studio rooms have a small kitchen area. The beds are fine. It is right on the beach. I have 2 small kids so it was a great location. This was the best find in Ft. Myers Beach ever...right on the beach...2 heated pools...outdoor gas grills...remodeled rooms with refrig.,coffee maker, stove top...and clean. We have stayed at the Neptune twice now, both times with our daughter and her two children ages 10 and 8.
