Nice large rooms with full kitchen. Nice location on the beach (ie private). The biggest complaint is the 18% charge in addition to the 6% tax. So everything you purchase including the cost of the room will have the extra charges added. Figure it out a 18% is: about a $60 tip for the room cleaners. I am generous but... more

Tucked away in a residential area. Full beach access with palm trees lining the beach access. Elegant lobby area, well manicured grounds. Mini gof course for the kidsl Hammocks for your leisure. Attentive staff and well mannered guests. Definitely a find! more

During our stay at this resort I felt like I was in the Caribbean. This resort is right on the ocean and near the airport, cruise harbor and restaurants. The pool is excellent with other beachie activities too. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. more

This was our second stay at Lago Mar. Our room was a suite and was fantastic. The bathroom was marble and monogrammed towels. The lobby has that old Miami charm. The staff greets you at arrival and takes care of you. Very attentive to every request. No ice machines so they bring the ice for you. Pool with a bar.... more
