Best rates for area. As a Safety Consultant I stay here every other week and have done so for 6 months. FREE PARKING Under new management with upgrades and changes being made constantly. It is a nice, friendly place to stay. You can tell that the hotel got a major renovation and the management has changed. The rooms are a lot better then many 4 and 5 stars hotel. My travel agent used her card to guarantee our rooms (10) and we all showed up for our 1 night stays but her card was charged over $3000 in charges without any explanation and then she had problems getting the money back from them.. when you book hotel with us we do need a credit card to hold the rooms. after the cancellation policy we do take autorization for our security. once you as individual have paid for the room the authorization does get lifted. and it does take 3 to 5 business days to show up on your card. and at the hotel...

I came to Ft. Lauderdale without previous reservations and located this hotel from the automated panel at the airport. They were helpful and attentive. The traffic noise on the front side is excessive. The service at check-in was atrocious and very slow with only one person on duty. The rooms were remodeled, new carpeting, painting, and furniture. The metal framework of the mattress was sticking out of the corners of the mattress. The bathroom was clean with a new sink counter.
