Very cheesy, outside "decor" and pool area are seedy and wierd. Chains and padlocks on the vending machines don't make one feel very safe and secure. We stayed here because it was cheap and we were flying into Ft Lauderdale after midnight and needed someplace close by to stay. They have an airport shuttle which was a plus for us.
