I just recently stayed here about 3 days ago..and was very pleasantly surprised that the rooms, beds and bathrooms were clean. The owner has gone out of the way to make Breakfast outstanding. After finding only one small bar of soap, which was broken in several pieces, in the bathroom, my wife went to the front desk to ask for another bar of soap. She was told by the clerk " go to the service station next door, tell them you are staying at the inn and they will sell you some soap"....

Spent three nights here while birding Everglades National Park. Nice beds, clean and updated room. Slept really well, enjoyed the pool, and the funky landscaping. You would never be able to tell you're behind a busy area, the place has it's own charm. Everyone was really friendly. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was a wonderful find - thanks to all the other trip advisor writers who directed us to this place! The rooms aren't luxurious but they were clean and pleasant. Fantastic value, with nice breakfast. If you just want a place to stay while you visit the Everglades... stay here. You're wasting your money elsewhere.

Was expecting no frills when arriving at this travelodge, however was pleasently surprised, perfect rooms with everything we needed, heated pool, free internet access, complimentary breakfast, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and perfect location for exploring the everglades and florida keys, for a very reasonable price!

The room was clean and had everything you need including a nice sized flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, safe and super fast internet. The pool is heated. I was able to print out an important cruise document from one of their computers at no charge. The staff is very friendly and anxious to make your stay enjoyable.
