I visited Fernandina Beach with 2 of my best friends over Labor Day weekend, we stayed at the Days Inn at Fernandina Beach everything was great. Hotel gave us directions to the Jacksonville Zoo all the beaches and food. Will return hopefully over Christmas break. lol. more

This is what you would expect from a Days Inn ... nothing fancy, but a friendly staff and really close to the beach. The rooms were clean, and given that it was incredibly HOT the weekend we were there (over 100!) we were psyched about the brand new air conditioner. My husband and I stayed here July 10th - 12th and it was excellent. The room was very neat and clean, we were less than 1/2 a block away from the beach. Excellent accomodations for a very reasonable price. We will definately stay here again. We ate breakfast at the Shoneys onsite and it was also excellent. more

We stayed here for a couple of days but wish we hadnt. They really need to work on some things. We asked for towels and were told that they didnt have anymore at that time but would bring some up later, we never got them. The room was clean, the little fridge worked, the plumbing, drains, lights, and TV worked. It was a better than average typical Days Inn room. Access to the rooms is external, which I did not care for. The air conditioner fan drowned out most of the noise of motorcycles and doors slamming during the night so we got enough sleep.... more
