My family stayed in 402 which was very clean and updated. The decor was beautiful. We liked the location across the street from The Track because the stoplight allowed easy access to 98. We stayed in 1105 --needs some major cleaning and updating. Some small attempts at updating have been made. We'd probably stay here again but in a different unit. From looking at pictures, it appears many of the other condos have been updated. The beach is great and not crowded because of the small size of the complex. more

We have stayed at Gulfgate four years in a row and absolutely feel like "HOME" when we're there. Our only problem is that we have to leave and can't stay longer. The view is 'to die for' !!! more

Gulfgate is the best for the money. Great condo's, spacious, and Carol at the front desk is wonderful! Been at Gulfgate numerous times and never disappointed! We love the facilities. Very convenient to restaurants, etc. No reason to stay anywhere else! more
