Ok we booked through bookit.com which provided very little in the way of pictures, expectations. I checked out only to find out I will be charged $149 cleaning fee and a non-refundable $40 fee for insurance during my stay. This is a great facility, well run. Wonderful pool, and just across a not-so-busy little road to the beach. Wonderful restaurants nearby in walking distance. The beach is as good as anywhere else in Destin. (there is no bad beach in Destin!!). I would highly recommend this facility for your vacation. more

2 pools, the family pool is a huge lagoon pool great for small children. Good location close to everything , short walk to beach, beach area belonging to resort is small but manageable. This resort was very clean and no complaints about our 2bed/2 bath unit on the third floor. Absolutely no view of the beach but could see the ocean. The best customer service! Friendly, fun, helpful and accomadating. We had 2 bd 2 bth. Tiny bedrooms. More than 2 people would have been cramped at best. It was clean and I'm picky about clean. Mattress was awful. We slept in valleys. Pool area is lovely. Free movie rental is a plus. more

We were there for spring break in March 08 with two teenage boys. The location is a really good one with the beach being right there. Our unit was very nice and clean. And the ocean view was excellent! Staff was very pleasant and friendly! Great location as far as being central to everything in Destin. more
