Checked in a little after 9pm, left at 7am. Staff was friendly, room was clean with everything functioning. There's an Outback right next door so you don't have to go far to eat. Rates are very reasonable. Pretty much average to good for a HIE. Was on business, so I didn't get to the beach, so I can't comment there. more
we had a great stay at this hotel, it's very very clean and the rooms are well kept and spacious with everything you need in your room, from mini fridge, microwave, etc that you will need for a couple of days. the hotel is located in a central place (right behind outback steakhouse) with all you need within driving distance... more
I decided to go with this hotel based on reviews here. The reviews are spot on. Had a great time here. Friendly atmosphere. Good amenities. Walkable distance to beach and restaurants. W.e had a wonderful time more
just spent 2 nights at this hotel and was pleasantly pleased with the quality of the place and its location.Our room had literally just been refurbished the afternoon we checked in.The complimentary breakfast was another bonus as was the clean,quiet pool.Will definetly stay here again more
Thank you so much for your wonderful comments! It's true everyone... Our hotel is going thru a full carpet replacement throughout the property. Also all of our beds were just replaced last year and we've renovated our Lobby and Front Desk as well. "Changes are everywhere at Holiday Inn Express".
Stayed here for 3 days. Great proximity to beach, literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. The steet that the hotel sits on dead ends into the public beach front with clean bathrooms, covered picnic areas and a shower. Me and my wife traveled with a 7 yr old and a 13 yr old and the room was plenty... more
The good: clean enough, short walk to the beach for something not right on the beach, front desk guys were friendly. The bad: we had a King Suite for 2 adults, 2 kids. They gave us 3 towels each day. The sofabed wasn't made/had no sheets and when I called the front desk, they said they don't ever make the... more

In response to your comments I wanted let you know that all of our rooms are stocked with 3 sets of towels in each room as a happy medium between single and multiple occupancies. Also our sofa sleepers are not pre-made for sanitary reasons. We want you to have...

We stayed here one night waiting before going to our hotel on the beach........our room was so clean, and the bed was the most comfortable I had ever slept on..........wish I had bought a pillow.........very roomy and close to shopping..........if it had been on the beach, we would have stayed............the staff was very friendly, and gave a great recommendation for... more
The staff makes this hotel. We dealt with three different front desk personnel, including the manager. All were superior. Our compliments extend to the entire staff ... the breakfast manager and our housekeepers. It's clean and close enough to the beach. Within walking distance to a Barnes and Noble with a Starbucks. They were concerned about us not being disturbed... more
As we've come to expect, the HIE provides pretty good value, good location, clean, good breakfast, fast internet and so on. more
