My husband and I stayed in #304 for our anniversary last May. It's on the top floor, right across the street from the beach, and we could sit out on the balcony drinking pina coladas and watching dolphins jump at sunset. Bad [--] Coffee Co. is right down the street if you're lazy in the mornings...I am. Good coffee, too.... more

My fiance and I stayed at the Summer Breeze Condos in Destin, Florida this past October. The unit was run down and things were falling apart. We had ants in the kitchen. The condo owner was rude and extremely unprofessional. After our stay, he would'nt return any of our calls or emails to get our security deposit back. We didn't... more

1st time staying in a condo, won't be the last. Had 1 problem with the TV and it was replaced right away. Clean place, well stocked kitchenwares, beautiful grounds. Lots to do in the area for all ages, shopping, golf, amusement/water park, beaches and watersports. more

Stayed in #303. Expected much more for the money. Yes, it is right across from the beach, and we saw no bugs. Those are all the positives. The interior was faux-safari. The whole place was rather down-trodden. Take the money you got from us and a few other renters and fix this place up. We ended up driving to Seaside... more
