Stayed here in August for a three night mini vacation to Delray Beach. The location is excellent, only two blocks from the beach. CONSTRUCTION SITE Despite no warning on the hotel website there is major construction at this hotel as they are building a new wing. Construction takes place 24 hrs a day 6.5 days a week. The Residence Inn is a nice property. The lobby is very nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet is delicious. The rooms are fine--each has a small but nicely furnished kitchen with plates, glasses and silverware. The bedroom is adequate.
