Gulfstream manor is a wonderfull small two story place. All the rooms are oceanview. The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. The place is very well maintained. The view of the ocean is amazing. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this is it. It is very peaceful at Gulfstream manor. More

Just got back from a 3 week stay at Gulfstream Manor. If you are looking for a quiet, clean, conveniently located, reasonably priced, oceanfront stay...then this place should be considered. I found the rooms to be well equipped with everything you need, roomy enough and comfortable. Strong WiFi signal. The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating and make you feel right... More

Wow! Just spent an incredible week here and checked out reluctantly on Christmas Eve, leaving behind a perfect gem of an oceanfront, two-story resort of 20-30 units. I will definitely return to both Gulfstream Manor and Delray Beach. "Quaint, Quiet, Quality" verbiage is right on. Location - oceanfront, morning coffee soothed the soul waking up to the sea breeze and... More

Let me start by saying this was in our timeshare (Bluegreen) network, and we used points for this quick trip. We stayed Monday through Friday as it doesn't take as many points those days, and we only live 3 hours away. We have been to quite a few Florida timeshares, but I was surprised to find this made it to... More

My husband and I were to stay at Gulfstream Manor for the last 4 nights of our honeymoon. When we arrived, there were no signs showing where the "check in was." We were greeted by the manager (who was very Nice). She showed us to our room, which had not been vacuumed since the last people had stayed. The room... More

If you like a nice, private and quiet beach this is your place! If you are looking for a tourist trap you might look for another area. Liked the resort, it's older and could use some updates but, overall we enjoyed our week here. Washer and dryer inside your room is very helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Free Wi-Fi,... I wouldn't recommend spending your summer vacation here. The room was fine but there's nothing to do. More

I can't say enough about this place. First off, if you are looking to stay someplace with a lot of action, this is not it. There is no restaurant/bar on site. I personally loved it, no restaurant/bar means no noise. This is a small, quaint place with direct access to the beach. If you love the beach and that is... More

Had Unit 110 downstairs. Nice people running the resort and good view of ocean from the patio. The furniture wAs dated but sound, the bed was the one item that needs replacing. The mattress was not very virm and pillows were thin. The Kitchen is only big enough for one person and no counter space to put things. Grounds were... More

My wife and I are frequent travelers at timeshares and hotels. GulfstreamManor has one of the best views of an ocean that we have experienced. The rooms are more than adequate and the upkeep is 4 out of 5 stars. Although it is in a quiet part of Delray Beach, it is a quick drive to the night life of... More
