Our reserved room has a moisty/moldy smell. We requested an upgrade & will pay the difference but they said they didn't have any. We spoke to the Supervisor & she said if we could spend the night in our room she will make everything possible to change us the following day. Sure enough she did & we extended our reservation... more
I have traveled a lot, this hotel's staff was the wonderful, I stayed 3 days and every single employee was just awsome, I am looking forward to my return. Pam Pampenella more
Perfect for someone who doesn't want all the frills ,but wants a close spot to the beach only 1 block away. nice nite life too! more
The hotel is not a three star hotel. No room service, no real restaurant, no bell desk, etc. That said it is a very good value for the money. The rooms were clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the beach is a block away. The beach restaurants a short walk away. We would go back more
The hotel is in need of alot of work, the lobby is the only nice part...this past thursday night i could not get any nice and when i told the manager yesterday morning , she was very rude..she said someone steals the ice at the hotel..if that is the case it would seem that this manager who was rude was... more
This hotel was great, and for the price cant be beat. The room was clean and smelt fresh, the showers had all white grout, the beds were comfortable, carpet was in great shape, and the A/C was COLD :). The manager (possiably owner) was always there and, if need be, would fix any issues right away. The pool was nice... more
I totally enjoyed staying here. The beach is just yards away, parking convenient, rooms clean, A/C superb, staff friendly. Monique and Carlos were extremely helpful and professional. Hotel was not what I expected to be. The rooms and hallways smelled and it looked rundown. Ice machine was not working on our floor had to go to 6th floor. Ocean view is not worth it. more
This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. As usual, the people at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well supplied.
