The rate should have given me a clue, $45/night. The room was worn, there was mildew in the toilet, rust stains around the bath drains, and no heat on a night when the temp in mid Fl got down to 39 degrees. All the surrounding hotels were booked for the Daytona 500 so there wasn't an option. When I called the front desk about the heat, the maintainence man said the room wasn't equiped to heat, no others (heated) were available, and brought us extra blankets as compensation. If you know of a corporate email, I'd like to report this operator as being substandard. From some of the other comments I've read on Trip Advisor, this must be par for Red Carpet Inns. more
