Slanted bed was propped up at foot with three used batteries because the roller was broken and a metal slat had fallen out. Manager comforted us with explaining the batteries came out of their emergency lights. Breakfast hours not posted or explained-- ends at 9:00am. No reimbursements offered for bed inadequacies.
