I booked this for two reasons - Past quality and price ($109). The quality was terribly. One wing smelled really bad, like mold. My room also had a moderate smell of smoke - which is weird since the hotel is smoke free. The bed was ok, tv was ok - basically it was ok. I stayed there three nights, breakfast... more

Everything about here met or exceeded our expectations. Clean property thru-out, saw no problems mentioned in earlier reviews. Location is great. On a quiet, safe corner half a block away from a very busy intersection. Many shopping and resturant locations are walkable. Will definately stay here again. more

I am a rooms division executive with an all-inclusive hotel chain in the Caribbean. Therefore any hotel I stay and decide to give them repeat business, has already been scrutinized (force of habit). Having said that, I stayed at Courtyard Marriott Fort Lauderdale East in 2008 and pledged to return in 2009. On my second trip I decided to become... more

I am a Marriott Golf member and would rate this hotel as below average for the chain - however, the price was low too. This hotel is a bit dated. The public areas have been updated nicely, but the rooms are in need of renovation with old dated furniture, The sheets did not fit the bed properly (queen fitted sheets... more

We stayed here for two nights in August 2009. Booked a King room through the Marriott web site. This hotel needs to be updated, remodeled, something. Lobby fine in keeping with Marriott Courtyards, but the rest of the place is not so great. Carpet in the elevator appeared to be worn out, almost no color to it. The furniture in... more

We stayed in this hotel before our cruise. It was great that it wasn't too horribly far from other places to eat. There are some fast food restraunts nearby. Didn't have any problems whatsoever. Even more we stayed at another courtyard marriott at the end of our cruise. Was clean and front desk was helpfull. more

We stayed 3 days at the hotel with 2 rooms. As will sometimes happen, we left some women's clothing in a closet. We called early the next day, but the stuff was gone. They had not apparently had anyone else in the room, but of course the maid had been there. Neither the hotel itself nor the Marriott Customer Care... more

Eveything about this hotel continues to be good and bad. And usually the good brings me back, as the bad is not quiet "bad" enough! Hotel is a nice property, centrally located in Coral Springs and comfortable rooms. Staff is 50/50. The good ones area VERY VERY good and others are worthless! Michelle and Myra were incredible at dealing with... more

This is a very nice Courtyard Mariott off the road and quiet. It was the first time I was not disturbed by any road noise or doors opening and closing. The chamber maids do not start cleaning until later in the morning. My only main complaint is that we had an inconsiderate neighbor for 2 nigths who played the TV... more

We stayed at this hotel for training for our company that is about 5 miles away. The room was nice, the sink area could have been a bit larger so there was more room to unpack, but other than that it was a fine stay. The morning buffet was nice and we ate there most days. They could offer a... more
