This is attached to the Motel 8. At the checkin counter I was asked if I was checking in to the Motel 8 or Ramada. I was shocked and walked out after I saw how dirty everything was.

Traveled to Cocoa with extended family for a funeral and selected Ramada for its name/reputation, location (in relation to the funeral home), and its advertised "family friendly" environment. Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Nice lake on the property. We were allowed to leave our car in a secure area while we went on our cruise. We stopped back after the cruise and stayed another night. Very nice relaxing pool as well. We would stay here again.

Note: This hotel is located at Cocoa - not at Cocoa beach. Chose this area to stay while visiting the Kennedy Space Center. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in 40+ years. The rooms are old, musty, and dirty.
