We prepaid for two rooms and they lost one of our room reservations. They verified we had paid and requested the room, but the clerk said she had no rooms. Unbelievable. We stayed here 3 nights while visiting Orlando. It is about a 30 min. drive to the Orlando parks. Room was very clean, service was great.. Prices were lower since we were a little ways away from Orlando. Lots of dining options close by. More
