Stayed here the week of 4/13/13. Really enjoyed our stay, John was great from check-in to check-out. Very close to everything, from shopping to resturants, could walk anywhere. We had five people in our group and we had a two bedroom with sleep sofa. Nice kitchen and large screen TV. You can't go wrong for the price.

This was our first time staying here but our two other guests have stayed before. Our unit (201) has been remodeled with a full size kitchen with granite top. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. You can walk to all the area has to offer. Only negative is the lack of parking.

We extended our Florida holiday with 4 days in Clearwater. While these rooms are very close to the beach, the service we received does not make them worth it. We just returned from a family vacation (3 adults and 2 children) Aug. 7-13. We weren't expecting much so our expectations wasn't high. Rooms were fairly decent and clean, has BASIC amenities (soap, dish liquid, toilet paper, utensils, pots, etc.).
