This was my first time in Florida, I didn't know my way around and I needed to stay at Clearwater for two days. The first thing I did was search the internet for motels. I read the reviews of several motels and was pleased. BUT, since I didn’t know my way around I couldn't find them, so I had the MISFURTUNE of spotting BUDGET INN at 1471 Clearwater, 33756:
I was give a room which smelled like hell, and the door could be open from outside even though it had been locked from the inside. So, management changed my room to the room next door. I thought I was in an ok place but was I wrong.

The first sign of something that was terribly wrong was the intense smell of cigarettes ( I’m a smoker but have never in my life smelled anything as bad as the funk in that room.)

The conditions in the room were as followed:
1---The rugs were dirty, dusty and smelled like urine
2---The bathroom was disgusting, the curtain had mildew, and the tub had a ring around... more
