We decided last minute to get away for a celebration. We had friendly helpful service from making reservations to our extremely friendly check-in. Cedar Key is a sleepy little fishing town and it was a great get-away. We were pleased with our room, decor and service. More

We booked here based on the positive reviews but I was very disappointed in the quality, cleanliness and service. I don't want to sound snobbish, but at ~$150 per night, I expect a certain level and this place did not deliver. This place should NOT call itself a "hotel"--that is misleading for those of us who have traveled all over... More

We stayed here on our way farther south. The yacht club is more of a hotel than most of the properties we stayed in at Cedar Key. Even though it's slightly older it's still very nice, has a nice pool and the best sunrise view in Cedar Key. P.S It does not stink! More

We checked into Cedar Cove stressed from our workdays and quicky unwinded. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us by switching to a room without stairs and did so with a friendly smile. the room was clean and comfortable. modern in decoration. we loved the gulf coast view and was mesmerized by the sunrise. pool was well... We tried to stay here for an upcoming trip to Cedar Key. We are a family with a child who is two and a half. We were attracted by the pool and overall look of the hotel on various websites. Unfortunately when we tried to call to reserve a room, Brenda, was not friendly or family oriented. She stated that... More

This is a neat place so forgive the name which is perhaps the ultimate in chutzpah. The "beach" at Cedar Key is a man made strip of sand until the tide goes out and reveals the marshlands that the area is really made up of. And the "yachts" all appear to be permanently glued to the self same mud in... More

We had visited Cedar Key many times but not actually stayed there. My Husband's wish was to spend a week there, and as I usually have the last say on vacations, I agreed to this. Am I glad I did. We had a fabulous apartment right on the beach with views to the Islands. There was not a day when... More
