Loved our stay here but found it a tad pricy. Bed was excellent but the breakfast not as much. They say breakfast served at 9, but be prepared to wait in a cramped setting for a bit. Food yummy, tho. Bottomless cookie jar a treat! Overall pleased with the visit. More

Having travelled accross The US for 6 weeks we booked this B&B as a change from all the hotels we had stayed in, What a mistake, No welcome the house was in darkness, We then found a note with the keys to let ourselves into our room, This was after informing the owner we woulds be arriving before 6pm, could... We spent 2 nights here. The first night we stayed in Nanna's Room. It was attractively furnished but very small. We had to move the suitcase to exit the room. Otherwise, it was fine. We had left the possibility of staying another night open and did decide to do so. However, Nanna's room had become booked and we moved to... More

My wife and I stayed in Jack's Room #7. Perfect. Comfy bed. Stand alone bathtub. DVD player and TV. Complimentarty popcorn, juice and milk. And the cookies. Oh wow, the cookies. I had 3 every time I passed the jar. so good!! Drinks in the fridge (small fee). Breakfast was a huge waffle with eggs and sausage, plus toast and... More

My husband and I just returned from three days in Cedar Key at the Cedar Key Bed and Breakfast. Although Alice, the owner ,was not on the property when we arrived she did leave the room key and a helpful "orientation" sheet. Our room was cozy and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely and shaded by very old spreading oak... More

My husband and I have been traveling to Cedar Key since 2003. Two years ago we opted for a different environment while on the Island and found the Cedar Key B and B through the Chamber of Commerce. Bill and Alice Phillips ~ along with their kind staff ~ were extremely inviting in person as well as creating an environment... More

.....because - there was absolutely no 'welcome' - and by welcome I mean being met by a human being! Just a list of instructions to follow. This is not how we would expect B & B's to be run in the UK where the main requirement is a friendly inviting welcome by the person who runs the establishment! We did... More

My husband and I stayed at the Cedar Key Bed & Breakfast for one night to help celebrate a wedding anniversary. We are fairly new residents of Florida, and had never been to Cedar Key before this visit. As usual, I searched and searched all the different places we might stay on TripAdvisor, and the Cedar Key Chamber of Commerce... More

You'll find an old fashioned and homely welcome in this very pretty bed and breakfast on Cedar Key. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with displays of country crafts, and characterful bits and pieces. It's worth choosing one of the slightly larger rooms, but they're all reasonably priced. The country style breakfast was pleasant as was the large and bottomless... More

You will feel like you are staying at Aunt Alice’s for the weekend: large, comfortable, clean room with timeless photos, antiques, hundred year old oaks all over–just beautiful. My favorites were the cast iron, free standing bath tub (surprisingly great water pressure), oak trim and mantle over the fireplace and the pine wood flooring throughout the room. Alice made us...
