Stayed here for a business trip for one night. The staff was very polite and extremely helpful. I needed to take a cab to my meeting in the morning and all I needed to do was call the front desk and it was waiting for me when I arrived in the lobby. The rooms are updated and clean and the... More

The folks at the Courtyard were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were nice although I had a view of a concrete wall. Their on-site Starbucks was convenient as the rest of Wilmington doesn't seem to function on the weekends. If you're going for work, this is probably a great place to stay. If you're going for a weekend away,... More

Great location for a business traveler. Very convenient from highways, airport and train stations. Complimentary parking, nice size rooms, complimentary wifi, nice bistro on the lobby, very inviting lobby and comfortable. being it is in downtown, after hours can be a little dark and quiet.

This property is located in downtown Wilmington, which means there is no onsite parking. The guests' parking accommodations are at an adjacent parking garage, with the customary and obligatory daily parking fees. Frequent "coming and going" can take some extra time (an extra 5-10 minutes to walk from the hotel to your car, getting your parking ticket validated at the... More

The price was reasonable (I paid $119). The room was large. The king sized bed was comfortable. The heat worked well. The room was clean although the bathroom was not 100% clean. The view was into a concrete wall. But I don't care. I wasn't there for the view. The hotel has a sort of "Aloft" vibe. That will make... More

Let me start out by stating that I am a huge fan of the Marriott chain having been a Gold Rewards member for the past 4 years. I stay in hotels, mostly Marriots or Hiltons almost every week for business and often for pleasure so I consider myself qualified to write an honest review. Here is the deal: this place... More

My wife and I stayed in a Nonsmoking Kingbed room which was very clean and the bed was very firm, comfortable and had extra pillows as requested. Unfortunately, this is another one of those hotels that has windows that do not open and the airconditioning/heating system shuts down after midnight. We were unable to sleep due to hot, stuffy, airless... More

We've stayed in countless places and more than one Marriott Courtyard (our favorite), but this place has all of them beat, hands down. From Tony at check-in to Bernadette who tidied our room, every person on staff went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience by their guests. The food was delicious, the bed was the most comfortable on... More

This is a smallish hotel in the center of Wilmington. Location is great, walkable to some great restaurants and bars. The building and rooms are a little dated, but still nice; the walls were a bit thin. LCD tv's were great, nice bed - I was upgraded (elite status) to a "spa king room" which seemed a little larger and... More

Very weird hotel. Definitely needs redecoration. Small. Bathroom is of rather poor quality. No minibar in the room. Breakfast, well. There is no restaurant of anything - just a place when you can buy food. It looks like a countrer in a coffe shop. Generally, speaking it was not bad but far away from the Europen standards. Considering that all... More
