On the plus side, this hotel is just a block from the beach and a couple of miles from the town of Rehoboth Beach, the folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the room was reasonably large and clean and had the requisite amenities and an okay breakfast. The hotel is built with the 4-story parking garage on... more

I stayed at the hotel for a bachelor party, so it served us fine. However, it was $150 per night and the rooms were outdated and the balcony was nothing special. There was also a pile of garbage sitting outside our room (that someone else left there) for quite a while. The location is great, but everything else is sketchy. more

My family and I stayed in this hotel in late July 2009. As beach hotels go, it was fine. Our room was on the 4th floor, near the rooftop pool. We were allowed to park in the parking lot when we arrived at 10:00 a.m. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating and kind. The room was a... more

The hotel will be closed this fall for a desperately needed update. IT is located on the beach side of Rt 1. Beware- bayview means your room fronts onto this 4 lane highway! Front desk staff was friendly, and allowed us to check in 3 hours early for extra beach time! We were also allowed to leave our car there... more

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the beach. But the hotel needs to be remodeled. They told us last year, it would be and the breakfast would be much better. Neither happened. The breakfast is not great, unless all you want are muffins and a bagel. Not even frozen waffles or any low... more

We walked in and paid $249 for a Friday night and $219 for Saturday night for a queen bed room. Wallpaper hanging off the wall; carpet stained; balcony dirty. I assure you that any review that says this is a first class place is seriously dishonest. For the state of the room, I would have expected to pay $50 a... more

This is an expensive hotel that has marginal accomodations. However, for the location, it's certainly tolerable. If you're looking for deluxe accomodations you should skip Dewey Beach altogether. However, if you want to party into the night with 20-something during the summer without having to drive home, this is a good spot. The rooms are small with small beds and... more

Stayed midweek for two nights at 179 per night. Not worth it. Waterview is bayview not oceanview from a dirty balcony on a noisy 4 lane road, Bagels at breakfast moldy.Phone in room didn't work upon arrival and they never fixed it by the time we left even though we notified them immediately. Air conditioner in room covered with so... more
