We all enjoyed our stay at Avenue Inn. Our room was roomy, well decorated, had a fireplace and a nice balcony with rocking chairs. The good: clean, ample rooms, great location, free surface parking (for Ave II; Inn is garage and I heard it was sometimes full), Scrabble game in lobby; free breakfast. The Avenue Inn is in a great location. The amenities: free breakfast in the morning, free Wi-Fi, free cookies, and free use of their beach chairs.
