“Never Again!”

Surly staff (those that could understand English). No continental breakfast as advertised - in fact no coffee at all in the unheated "lounge" until 9 am. While we were there a snowstorm occured, and at 9 am the driveway and parking lot was still uplowed. We had to plow through six inches of snow to get out. Everytime we went... More
