“Not going back there”

The price was right; the staff was nice; the breakfast was okay. When I booked the hotel because it was pet friendly, I specifically asked if there was a pet fee and was told no. When I checked in, I had to sign a paper that stated I was responsible for a $50 non-refundable pet fee. I refused to sign.... More

“Bates Hotel!!!”

Stayed there this week due to an early flight out of BDL. It was so bad, it was almost comical. Its hard to find and The room was horrible. large, spacious, newly painted lobby area. old, very old hallways and rooms which you will see after you check in. restaurant wasn't open yet, not sure when it will be. continental breakfast was ok. even at groupon price of $42, we wouldn't go back. pool area is spacious, and could use a hot tub.

We went to the Dominican Republic on Saturday Feb. 23, 2013, the hotel listed their breakfast buffett starting at 7:00 on Saturday.
