We stayed in and got married in the Saugatuck Suite of the Inn at National Hall. It was absolutely wonderful. Everything and every one was great. There were a few small problems in the suite; we asked to have them corrected and they were done so immediately. The furnishings were elegant; the bed and linens were of the highest quality;... More

After having a very manic year moving from Europe to NYC, organising a wedding, both changing jobs... my wife and I needed some well needed R&R and this was the perfect retreat to recharge our batteries. The staff are attentive without being 'over-bearing', the breakfast room is the perfect start to the day, our room was sumptuous and comfortable, this... More

I stayed here for one night in July. I think the building is an old, historical building of some kind. It's right on the edge of downtown Westport and is an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very quiet when I stayed, and other than the colleague I was traveling with, I never saw another guest. The... More

We stayed here during our trip to some of the CT vineyards and we love Westport in general. However, the hotel was the best part. Unlike the other reviews we found the staff helpful, and unobtrusive, not to be confused with short or rude. Everything we asked for was taken care of and we had a lovely view. We had... More

This is a luxury inn whose owners clearly lavished a lot of attention (and money) on design. Located on the Saugatuck River about a five minute walk from downtown Westport, the inn provides a good base for exploring Westport or the larger Fairfield County area. The rooms are all unique, each with a different theme and feel. This is not... More

The Inn at National Hall is one of kind. We spent one night there and didn't want to leave. The rooms were spacious and decorated perfectly. The staff was the best! It's web site does not do it justice. You can't take a picture and see the true beauty of this place. All the little extras they do are incrediable.... More

We stayed in Westport for 2 nights during a 21 night trip and it was definitely the best hotel we stayed in. The decor is absolutely stunning, and we stayed in complete luxury. The elevator alone is worth a look! The staff were extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the Lemon Tree Room which DID... More

My father and I had two rooms the night of Sept. 19th. The good: It is decorated beautifully. The bad: 1- The staff is rude. My father arrived to Westport earlier then I did. He called the hotel and asked if he would be able to check in. The response was "no, check in time is 3:00". When he arrived... More

I have not yet stayed there but have a reservation for two rooms for tonight, $300+ per room per night. I called to ask if there was a possibility of checking in early (around 2:00 PM) and was abruptly told that check in was at 3:00 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS, by the clerk in charge. I asked to speak with a...
