Hotel staff called my wife and kids "hot chocolate thieves". There was a spill on a bed sheet during the night but no housekeeping staff. The bathroom light went out in the afternoon, but again, no maintenance staff on duty. The front desk was often unattended.

Stopped here overnight while touring the Hudson Valley area. A comfortable, conveniently located stopover. Friendly desk service and nice breakfast area. Rooms nicely appointed and well maintained. Comfortable mattresses and nice sheets. Extra towels in bathroom. Excellent value.
