Nice place. Very pricey. The rooms are comfortable though they feel a little dated. There are no irons in the room and the in-house laundry service takes 24 hours. The walls are very thin and hallway noise is an issue. I hear the spa is beautiful but men are not allowed at most times so I couldn't experience it first... more

I booked a room and they up-graded me to a suite overlooking the Shakespeare Garden. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The staff was very friendly, calling me by name from the first evening. The area around is very beautiful for a drive. The food and waitstaff are marvelous. Could not have been nicer, truly 5 star. more
