Everything about my recent stay was terrific. Valet parking for no charges. Check in was fast and my rook was ready, My room was on the 32nd floor. I expected our "special rate room" to be a broom closet near a noisy ice maker somewhere, but I was pleasantly surprised to be given a lovely room overlooking the river. We always love it here. They comp us very well. The rooms are very nice and spacious. We highly recomend the resteraunt Tuskeney. A little pricey but food and service is worth it. I lost my cell phone, and before i actually knew i lost it , I had been contacted and had its safe return.

Stayed here for an event - May 2012. Found the hotel to be lovely. Immaculately clean, airy and well laid out. Room was very nice , spacious, comfy beds and nice finishes. Great view. I am at Mohegan Sun right now, at 6am awake because of a broken air conditioner in our room. The front desk can do nothing but offer us another room to sleep for a couple hours and I'd getting mad at us for not accepting that offer. We are just heading home and switching to Foxwoods from now on. Horrible... More

The service, decor, and entertainment at Mohegan Sun was excellent. We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the room on the twenty-sixth floor and its' view of the Thames River very much. The restaurants are very good, and there is always something to do!

Seems like the economy turn down has affected SOME areas of Mohegan Sun Hotel. Still a five in the cleaning area, but the drapes seem to be the same and getting "dingy" no change in room decor style from a year ago, furniture showing some nicks and scrapes, pool towels rather thin, no juice bar at pool in early hours....
