This hotel is in the middle of the large University of Connecticut, Storrs campus. It's comfortable and the food is excellent. The rooms are a good size, clean and well serviced.
I have to agree with the other reviewers... this hotel is dated and is absolutely nothing special. The heating/cooling system in the room was loud and noisy. The room was sparsely decorated.
Unfortunately, it is a seller's market... if you need to stay near UConn, this is it.

This hotel is beyond awful. Now it's deceiving, because on the drive up to it the building seems modern and decent. Inside, it's stuck in 1989....a quick Google check shows it was renovated in 2001, but it doesn't seem like it was enough...I'd hate to see what it was prior to 2001.
