“Convenient Location, Great Staff but unclean and loud”

Unfortunately, the hotel failed to control the wild partying going on all night from 3 different events taking place. The guests were underage, yelling between rooms and drunk. Rooms could use a good cleaning. Staff friendly and helpful but failed to provide results. TV reception and channel options poor, no movies.

“Superior Customer Service & a Great Room”

The front desk staff was welcoming and hospitable. The room was clean and well appointed. My kids loved the pool and the pool hours were terrific. Overall this was a great experience. I have stayed in many hotels and I really appreciate great customer service. I would definitely stay again, no question.

Checking in was real easy. Guest room was spacious & comfortable. 1 drawback was the slow & inadequate flushing of toilet. W-Fi was excellent. I've been staying at this hotel for 4-5 years now. I stay here every time I visit CT for work.
